I put the do not disturb sign out. And housekeeping knocked on my door. I was in town for a funeral and was extremely tired. And to many conversations in the hall way that morning. Very noisy

The hotel boasts central location located in a quite area. Also it is near to ocean and Portalnd.

Room was clean with no lingering offensive smell and bed was comfortable. Free WIFI and excellent breakfast with a variety of hot and cold options was a treat. Easy access to Route 1 and area beaches.

Lobby and dining area was too loud but that's to be expected when a crowd of youth and their leaders are present. Not out of control - just loud. Giving the rowdy group access to the conference room next to the food area would have made it better for other guests trying to enjoy a quiet breakfast and cup of coffee.

That all I had to do was go downstairs for breakfast & coffee 24/7. Nice to sit and meet other people as well. Beautiful hotel and great staff!! I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The bathroom doesn't have any storage for guests. We both had to pack and unpack my personal stuff during my stay (toothpaste, brush, perfume, comb & brush, etc) and truthfully I found this to be annoying.

Mattresses were uncomfortable but fine for short stays.

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable of the area. Upon arrival we were greated by Amanda. She was very polite and professional. The room was as described(we had the king bed). We traveled with our 2 furry kids ( standard poodles), be aware that they require $200.00 dollars deposit at check in(if traveling with pets) they refund us 100% at check out after they checked the room from damages. Every morning the hotel had complimentary breakfast with fresh fruit, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, yogurt, pastries, bagels, juice, coffee or tea, and some type of hot eggs(scramble or omelet) home fries or sausage. But every morning the 2 hot options change so if you are there for 4 days like we were you don't get tired of the same breakfast. The lady on charged of the breakfast was very friendly(every staff member was)

More grab bars in the bathroom would be helpful.

The night staff was wonderful and very helpful. We were in King suite . It was very nice.

The bath room was sub-par! Toilet to low! Felt like a kids toilet. Fixtures cheap! TV to small & not enough viewing channels. Pillows were horrible!

bed was like sleeping on a wood floor. can't understand why every time we stay somewhere the beds are so hard.

The Comfort Inn in Saco impressed me with its spacious room and clean smell. The bed felt super soft and cute after a long drive. Air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the space cool. I loved the cozy seating area. The Wi-Fi was reliable,. The staff were friendly and efficient, always ready to assist with any questions. On the flip side, the bathroom could use more grab bars for added safety, as I noticed a lack of these features. Grab bars would really help those who need extra support. Convenience was a big plus-easy access to I-95 made getting around simple. Enjoyed the complimentary snacks during breakfast. A nice touch!

We only stayed 1 night. Check in was speedy and friendly. Room was in excellent condition and good size. Shopping and food was nearby. We often use Hampton Inn and were not in any way disappointed.

A Wonderful Overnight Retreat!

After a long day on the road, we were thrilled to find such a cute place. The staff's warm hospitality. Breakfast choices were excellent, with delicious gluten-free options-a rare treat! Our spacious room was a peaceful haven.

The room was clean and a decent size. The free full breakfast was great! Eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit etc...

The bottom of the bathtub is molded in a very strange shape, very uncomfortable to stand it while showering. The wifi was terrible, you have to pay for decent speed. The mattresses rolled and poked whenever I or my gf rolled over, we ended up sleeping in separate beds.
